As relatively young first time buyers, we were hugely apprehensive about buying our first property. It seemed that there was so much that we didn’t know and at times the whole process seemed so overwhelming. We had viewed a couple of properties and met one or two other builders before we viewed the show house in Cnoic Caislean. It was at the point we met Liam Neville for the first time. Liam immediately put us at ease with his easy going, friendly and clear cut approach. He explained everything to us thoroughly and was extremely patient with our many queries/questions. It is not an exaggeration to say that this played a big part in our decision to purchase a house in this development.
During the build, he continued to be very flexible and made allowances where possible to let us make amendments to the house as it progressed. We found moving etc. quite a stressful time for our young family but Liam managed this brilliantly with a relaxed approach whilst always meeting the many tight deadlines that we had set.
Liam and his staff continued to be available to us in the months subsequent and are always approachable regardless. I would definitely recommend Liam Neville Construction Ltd, in fact we already have to many other first time buyers similar to ourselves.
