I bought a house in October 2012 from Liam Neville Construction Ltd. I was surprised and  pleased to be informed that Liam the Developer was open to meeting with potential buyers to discuss the build and any changes that one might wish to make. Liam is very easy going, professional and his advice and knowledge of the construction industry is second to none. This openness enabled me to make changes to the original design of the house and make my house a home e.g  knock interior walls, install sliding doors, walk in wardrobe, a Stanley stove and change my downstairs bathroom layout. The houses are well built, very comfortable and well insulated.  Should you have any issues after the sale Liam is always on hand to rectify same which is great peace of mind especially with a new build. I would have no hesitations in recommending Liam Neville Construction Ltd.
