Liam and his team are a credit to the industry

Two years ago,when I was 87 years old,I made a decision to buy a house. I was confirmed in this decision when I called upon Mr. Purcell regarding the development at Cnoic Caislean in Waterford. Having bought and sold (and even having built one) a number of homes during my life I introduced myself and the family to Liam Neville

Please note that I have used the word ‘home’, because this is what I got last in April last year.

Liam and his team are a credit to the industry, and I am and will always be grateful to them for their courtesy and competence during the construction and occupation of No.66. Any problems that I brought to him were dealt with, and never once did I have the feeling that I was any ‘bother’ to Liam or the men who worked for him.

Having worked in the industry for over 40 years, I can say that Liam’s Company is an example for others to follow. Without any reservations, I would thoroughly recommend them as providers of homes.

It has been a real pleasure to deal with them, and I miss them around the place!
